Thank you for choosing Greenville Women’s Care to serve your medical needs. Please review our policy information outlined below. If you should have additional questions, feel free to call our office at your convenience at 252-757-3131.
Hours and Appointments
Our office is open 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Monday-Friday. Office hours are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call 252-757-3131. If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice to allow another patient to fill your time slot.
The physician on call may be reached through our answering service, after hours, weekends, and holidays. Please limit calls made after hours to obstetrical and gynecological emergencies only. Contact the physician on call before visiting the emergency room.
Please understand that emergencies sometimes occur, causing unavoidable delays and possible cancellations. We will notify you as soon as possible if your appointment time is affected.
Also, we realize that on occasion it becomes necessary to see a physician on short notice. While we wish to accommodate your health care needs as much as possible, it may be necessary, due to scheduled appointments, to defer your visit until a time when one of our physicians will be available. In an emergency situation, we may direct you to Physicians East Urgent Care or to the hospital emergency room.
New Patients
For your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to provide us with your medical history and other appropriate personal data. Please bring any current medications and appropriate medical care coverage cards.

Depending upon your policy, you may be responsible for remaining balances after your insurance carrier processes your claim. Please remember, it is the patient’s responsibility for payment of any balance due on the account. You should be prepared to take care of charges for an office visit at the time you are seen. All balances are due within 30 days unless special arrangements have been made with our patient representative.
If you are having difficulty with any aspect of the fee arrangements or have questions about your bill, please call us. In addition, if you need advice concerning financial assistance programs, please call our patient representative at 252-757-3131.
